It's all fresh and FRIED. No, we don't offer rice and beans - we stick to what we know and do best - FRIED Chicken, Chicharon, Yuca(cassava) Salchicha, Salami, Fries, Platano or Plantain as the gringo calls them and of course more Platano!

The streets of the GTA

Food trucks for the most part are seasonal. Canada is too cold to operate all winter long. We start the season in May and usually finish in September. We are mobile and can literally drive up to your driveway. We usually operate in between Mississauga and Toronto during the weeeknds only.

OUR STORY & VISION

It literally started with a hungry 8 year old in the Dominican Republic. The boy dreamed of one day buying a big truck and loading it with food for his family. Fast forward 20 years and now a Canadian, that dream turned into reality...this time, though he was bringing Dominican style food to the streets of the GTA.

Our goal is to make sure that people know what authentic Dominican fritura (fried) is. Oh, and lets know forget that we want people to know what platano aka green banana, patacones are.
