Customer service is important to us - in fact, we literally listened and wrapped our entire truck in words our customers have used. You - the customer - gets to pick what meat you want and what carb you want. If you only want a small order of platano - no problem. And hey, if you're hungry and want to eat it all - then ask for El Patron (the boss of all bosses)

Never tried our food? Here's how to order;
Step 1
Decide if you want 1 meat, 2 meats, 3 meats or all 4. Pick you meat from the 4 available.
Step 2
Pick your carb. All plates come with plantano, but if you want to replace that with fries - Amen. If you want 2 carbs instead of 1 - add $2 to the cost. If you want all 3 - ask for el patron
Step 3
Add your condiments of choice and enjoy this finger licking mix.
